Phoenix Residential and Phoenix Commercial has successfully won the bid for the site which is next to Pasir Ris MRT station. Both developers are subsidiaries of a joint venture between Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties. It is noted that both Allgreen and Kerry Properties are part of Kuok Group of Companies under Malaysian tycoon Robert Kuok.
